Our Course:

Leadership and Communication

The Leadership and Communication: Leading in a Remote World is an 8-week course that is truly our pride and joy, as it takes you on a transformative journey through the very essence of effective communication, team building, and the art of giving constructive feedback.

Immerse yourself in this life-changing program as we unleash your potential in an intimate and engaging eight-week class, guided by a passionate instructor who is committed to your success. With a maximum class size of just six participants, we ensure that each and every one of you receives personalized coaching, perfectly tailored to your current skill level and desired growth.

As you embark on this extraordinary adventure, our ultimate goal is to instill within you not only a newfound confidence, but also a heightened competence in your daily interactions. By unlocking these crucial attributes, you will be empowering the growth of your future self, paving the way for greater success and endless possibilities.

Question: What am I going to need for this course?
Answer: all classes will be held online and there is a book and game that will need to be purchased before the beginning of the class (roughly $55 USD)

  • We will be using some outside material to help with the foundations of our course and to help with the role-playing scenarios

Question: How is the course held?
Answer: Zoom and Discourse

  • The course is conducted as a Zoom meeting session once per week for 8 weeks.

Question: How many sessions are planned?
Answer: There are Total of 8 sessions(1 per week):

  • 1 Welcome Session
  • 6 Study Sessions
  • 1 Closeout Session

Question: What is the average time commitment for this course?
Answer: About 3-4 hours a week

  • Each session will last for 2 hours, and additional preparation work, including reading, goal-setting, and journaling, will require about 1-2 hours per week. The Welcome Session will run for 1 hour.

Question: What to expect during each session?
Answer: Co-Op Game & Debrief

  • 60 minutes of the session will be spent in a co-op game, where the group will have to complete in-game missions as a team. The remaining time will be used for reflective discussions, allowing each member to share their experiences in the game and connect them to the assigned readings.

Question: What happens when I complete the course?
Answer:
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded a certificate of completion and gain unrestricted access to our Discourse community.

  • Upon completion of our Leadership and Communication course, students will become part of a thriving community, alongside many other accomplished individuals. In this community, they can further enhance their skills, assist one another in securing employment opportunities, and establish lasting connections with individuals who share similar goals and values.
